Visit the sites and Estates usually passed by larger operators and unsuspecting tourists.  With his understanding of the landscape, hiking trails and wine farms you will be living a day like a local.  

Marinus has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and has spent most of this time building his passion for wine, brandy and craft producers.  He holds a CWA Certificate (Cape Wine Academy) as well as the internationally respected WSET - 3 (Wine Spirits Education Trust).

The combination of these international and local qualifications has given him a unique understanding of world trends in the industry and where South Africa stands in its development. South Africa is going through a massive shift in its approach to wine making. The new guard is on the move and taking on the responsibility of leading sustainability and innovation.
