Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions “My Wine Tour” Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings made in advance of one week before the scheduled tour commencement date. The deposit secures your reservation and guarantees your slot for the tour. Full Payment Requirement: Full payment must be completed before the tour commencement date. Failure to make the full payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation Policy: If the tour is cancelled one week or more before the scheduled commencement date, the full deposit will be refunded. If the tour is cancelled within 7 days but more than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement date, only 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. If the tour is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, the entire deposit will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation notification is received. Tour Modification: Any changes to the tour date or itinerary must be communicated at least one week prior to the scheduled commencement date, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: If participants fail to arrive or join the tour on the scheduled date and time without prior notification, no refunds will be provided. Force Majeure: The tour operator reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or a refund. Indemnity Clause: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the tour operator, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their participation in the tour, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or any other loss. Age Restrictions: No unsupervised individuals under the age of 18 are allowed on the tour. Participants under 18 are not permitted to consume alcohol during the tour, in accordance with the drinking laws of the South African government. Responsibility of Participants: Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.
